The Veterinary Coaches Collective exists to connect veterinary professionals with coaches who truly understand their world. If you have both veterinary experience and professional coaching credentials, you may be a perfect fit for our community.

Membership in the VCC provides visibility, community, and professional support — while maintaining the highest standards of coaching quality for the veterinary professionals we serve.

Membership Requirements

  • Active experience in veterinary medicine (DVM, technician, practice manager, or related role)
  • Coach-specific training from an ICF-accredited program (minimum 60 hours)
  • ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, MCC), or BCC credential
  • Commitment to the ICF Code of Ethics
  • Alignment with the VCC's mission of enriching the lives of veterinary professionals
